Palm Sundae (a liturgidity for Palm Sunday) ----------- Hosanna to the Lord in the highest! (repeated) Just before the sun rose up the Lord said unto me: Go to the village ahead and you will find a donkey with its colt. Untie them and bring them here. If anyone should question you tell him that the Lord needs them and he will send them right away. Say to the Daughter of the kingdom of Zion: See your king comes with but a colt to ride on. (twice) The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them They brought the colt placed cloaks on it and on that Jesus sat. Some people spread their cloaks on the road, others cut branches and spread them on the road. The surrounding mass of people shouted, We chant: Hosanna to the son of King David. Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord (twice) When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred: Who is this? they asked. The crowds answered, He is called Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee. Matthew 21:1-11 Music: Nathan Hurst
